Greater Indianapolis Red Cross helps after fire burns 3 homes in Noblesville
The Greater Indianapolis Red Cross responded to a residential fire affecting not one or two but three homes early Friday morning on Radiance Drive in Noblesville. When the Disaster Action Team volunteer arrived on the scene, it was determined that one of the families affected needed food and clothing, so emergency assistance was given by the Red Cross.
American Red Cross disaster relief meets people's immediate disaster caused needs for food, clothing,shelter, basic health care and emotional support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Trained Disaster Action Team volunteers and staff provided emergency assistance to over 550 families affected by home fires last year, the most common disaster in
central Indiana.
